Extra Internet capacity is an additional Diil service, intended for when the Internet capacity included in the basic Diil plan is used up and your Internet speed has been limited until the end of the calendar month. If you want to restore your Internet speed, you can order additional Internet capacity.

Price change from 16 August 2022:

If you run out of Internet capacity in your basic plan, you can always replace your current plan with a higher capacity one.

TThe Electronic Communications Act obliges us to notify you of the following circumstances concerning amendments to the General Terms and Conditions of Service:

Clause 11.1.4 of the General Terms and Conditions allows Telia to amend the price list if the circumstances on the basis of which it was established have changed or if more than 2 years have passed since the time when the tariff was established.

The amended Terms and Conditions that apply to the contracts concluded with Diil clients will enter into force by default and automatically on 16 August 2022.

If you do not wish to continue using Diil’s Mobile Internet under the changed conditions, you have the right to terminate your Mobile Internet contract with Diil without penalty by providing notification to Diil before that date.

Most certainly, you do not have to exercise this right and you may continue to use the services provided by Diil as per usual.

If you would like to cancel your subscription contract for mobile communication services entered into under the terms and conditions of a Plan (service and device instalments) due to the abovementioned change, you will be required to pay the residual value of the device to Telia in accordance with the contract.
